I have had this problem since day one with Design shop pro plus as well. I even
talked with Tech support about it and they sent me out a newer version which I
loaded but it did not make a difference. They then suggested it had something
to do with my computer. But I can't figure out what or why. If someone has a
fix for this I would be very gratefula as well.
