I have done a lot of lightweight denim and thanks to Fred, I'm a big fan of
mesh now...1 piece of mesh on top (against the skin) with a 1.5 oz tearaway
under it and we get no puckering at all-they look great. Haven't used adhesive
in over a year or so...because it gums up everything. Hoop snug, use mesh...and
loosen up the lettering. Minimum of 4.5, or even 5 and it won't be so tight.
120-130 for pull comp.
