Ditto for me, I rarely sew anything but Flexfit hats. I use the old CCF/WAD
hat fixture and never have any problems. I couldn't sew any hats with the
WACF. I only sew structured hats though and that may be the difference,
haven't tried unstructure yet. But I have sewn some visors and they were fine.
