I looked at .65 height and 43% width with a long name and I believe it is just 
too much distortion, too scrunched up....I did not sew it out.

As for the font in it's original non-modified state, I would first try putting 
in 130% pull comp plus 4 points pull comp on the X, Y side and 20 points of 
minimum pull comp. On the lettering page I would change the stitch length to 
18pts. For lock stitch, try style 5 for both. For underlay, a zig zag at 15 pt 
density and 70% border width. Density was set at 4.8. All this and then would 
tweak it from there.

But to take all of this and then scrunch it to 43% of its width, I doubt if it 
will ever sew as clean as you want it to....I did not sew this out, just looked 
at the screen from experience.
