Place a hoop in the arms then try to move each side back and forth. If it moves in the arms, loosen the small nuts and you can move then clamp portion to tighten it up. Herb,Thanks for your suggestion -- do you mean the two silver bolts on the metalclamps that lock the hoop in place? Melco told me to tighten down these two bolts on each arm but they won't budge.
