I had a design digitized for me, it's a pretty simple design (just don't have
time to do myself). I have never had a problem with this company before.
However the black outline/border around some of the design is pulling to the
left. I have adjusted the bobbin and the tension. They have adjusted the
design and are telling me it's my machine.
I have also changed the backing from a double light cutaway to a medium cutaway
and still no change.
Any help how to correct this would be greatly appreciated.
Currently using Amaya XT. I have attached photo's of front and back.
