Just a long shot but have you installed the little black sleeve over the
screw type rod behind the needle case? It is supposed to stop the needle
case from going too far to the right. I can't remember what the proper
nomenclature is but Melco will know ab

Whenever we go to load a design the machine instead of finding center goes
all the way to the side and jams. Any ideas? We have tried re-starting and
