Yup, I did turn it off late last night, got up today and reloaded, crossed my 
fingers and held my mouth just so, butttttttt, no such luck.  I'm going back 
down and (try to) find the CD with the latest update and re-load that. Maybe 
that will jog something.  I just have a bad feeling about this since I was 
running shirts just fine and then heard that dreaded snap-snap on a color 
change!!!!  But, if all else fails,I'll just take everything to Amy's since 
I've got 40 more shirts waiting to be stitched. With only being able to do 4 an 
hour (10,500 stitch count), it's gonna be a LONG two days!!!  THANKS for your 
help Tina and Deb!!        Debbie
