George,
With the machine off or e-stop pressed, remove the needle clamp from the needle
bar.
Then rotate the top shaft which will take the needle bar up. Keep rotating
until the take up levers and needle bards are all in line.
Turn the machine on again or release the e-stop.
The machine should then be ok.
