Here's another suggestion, you'll find more info in the 'archive's of past 
discussion. The tube where the thread goes around and back up through the 
holes-this can spin. Carefully, check to see if that is clean, then spin it 
just a little. Don't know what happens, maybe it's static or something-but 
everyonce inawhile turn it. Solved 90% of our false thread breaks!
