Oh, and I wanted to add this info... I wasn't knocking HP in any way...
we had basically purchased one of their lowest end computers.  I guess
you often get what you pay for... I don't know what my exact
expectations were, but they were higher than what I received from that
computer.  So again, that was another reason we went with the mid level
Dell...
