Hi Frank,Dani and Group,
I can so "relate" to what I read from Franks post.
Thanks for calling me back last evening. I hope there is help out here for is newbies. I too did not find any directions for the cart and to this date mine is not set up correctly I did not find a picture of the cart on the net to see what the bottom even looked like. It sure would be wonderful to have had some direction step 1 start here load, this and that in a certain order. I did get my machine on delivered on Aug 7th. I got it all threaded software loaded. Was about to sew out a very simple 2 color design the got brave and tried a 16 color design well some things are the wrong colors but still learning. I need to call tomorrow and find out about this onsite training as I did not find out till I had already bought this amaya xt brand new os9 and designshop v9 that my closest training for classroom in Chicago has been closed :( I have taken all the webinars for the designshop and well be taken them again soon . To bad there was not a video on the machine and maintenance. From the moment I turned mine on I get this maintenance on the rollers for all 16 ne edles I look thru the instructions and I fear I will mess something up... pull on this take this out so again it sits there looking at me. I will call melco tomorrow on the onsite stuff and on Friday when I will be home in front of the machine. If you find any instructional videos please pass them on. I have seen the one on hats. Even an audio video group to work thru these issues and help us all to understand would be so nice. This is a free place we could set up a room to start something FYI http://www.voiceandvideochat.com/VvCChat.aspx.
Thanks For listening.
Susan
