The ONLY time I would worry about removing manufacturer's folding lines 
(wrinkles) is if I knew the shirts were being worn delivery day (rare!!!!!) 
Otherwise, I try not to make additional wrinkles, folding using those same fold 
lines. If they purchased a folded shirt in the store, they would have to deal 
with. You could always offer this service, for a fee of course.
