First, of course, you obviously attempt to get them to the customer BEFORE the due date if it's at all possible--so what they plan to do with them on the due date doesn't matter :). Do they need pressing before wearing because they came from the manufacturer in wrinkled condition or because your process caused them to become wrinkled--obviously this makes a difference as well for what you should do to them regarding ironing.

I'm rather new with bigger orders. I recently got an order of 50 and I almost have them complete. But I now am wondering if their client needs to wear them by the due date or if they are handing them out on due date. I just thought of this - they definitely need pressing before wearing. How do you all handle that with customers? Advice is appreciated!
