Color Index ErrorAlso try going to maintenance and selecting the Steppers Tab.
Under Color Change press the home button. If that dosnt work, re-configure your
machine.

I have been sewing the same design for about 2-3 hours without any problems.
I just loaded a new design and am getting a color index error. The needle is
not in the proper alignment to sew. It won't sew, hit the green button and
nothing happens. I have turned everything off and left it for a while and
turned it back on, didn't help.
Any suggestions to get this back on line is much appreciated. We are so busy
and can't stand to be down for long.
