Steve,
Have you ever had loops happen even it your thread and bobbin tension
are right?

Stop production, check your thread and bobbin tensions by running an
"I" test. Sounds like your thread tension might be a little too loose.

What is the best way to fix a "loop" in a stitched section.
I am running a design that has 2 inch high lettering, full block
outline. In
two spots in the letter "A" there are a couple of big loops on the
surface. It
has also occurred in two other letters. If I trim on the surface will the
entire letter loosen up?
Thank you in advance for your time.
