Thanks to all for the help.  Fred, I have to do this tomorrow or the next so, 
so I don't have time to get your fusible mesh.  Would it be ok to lightly spray 
the 1st mesh layer with adhesive since this isn't a garment and any residue 
will be hidden inside the flag?
