I would use a white no-show poly or nylon mesh as a cutaway would show through

We're brand new to embroidery and will be embroidering on 50 white oxford
shirts from Port Authority and 50, K431 Cool Mesh Shirts. Would appreciate
backing suggestions particularly on the cool mesh shirts as they are white,
have a mesh weave and I wonder if cutaway will be too obtrusive to use.
