After going through 6 salespeople in the past couple years and getting no-where
with Melco, I found out that Gerald Ridishaldi is my sales rep for Florida.
Finally, I have a sales person who cares and will follow up and help handle
issues unlike in the past. So now I'm thinking about buying another Melco
machine. I really don't need the larger XT machine as 95% of my business is
small pocket designs or fronts of caps so I'm looking at the Bravo. Anyone have
this machine that can give me positive and negative feedback on this?
