LuAnn, I have a Hix 15 x 15 swingman. It works great and has been a wonderful addition to my business. If you're only going to do garments and flats, you can use a clam style press but with a swing press, you can do thicker items like mousepads. Also, if you can afford it, you can get a 16 x 20. Don't get anything smaller than 15 x 15; you'll regret it later! I get my transfers from transfer express as well. There are other companies but transfer express has some great marketing tools including a customer-oriented web site you can link to your own site (my site has the link). They are a bit more expensive but for me it's worth it. My biggest gripe is that they're in the eastern US (good for you!).
