Debbie,
He probably had you remove some folders that are created when Design Shop
andAMAYA OS are being setup. They contain your variables...ie:color
settings, etc. We, too, had a similar problem. Ours was caused by an
abnormal power failure. We had power backup on the computer but not on the
AMAYAS and they got out of sync. Anyway it seems to be a standard thing to
do.... that is call Melco support and have them talk you through a reset of
the system.
