How did yours turn out. Does it look good? Also what is the letter width
(100% ?)

Hi Veena,
I'm currently in the process of doing some .18 lettering:
DS Settings:
- All capitals
- Melco Block CP
- 5.4 Density
- 140% Comp
- Centerwalk 12 pt
- One or two 3.0 oz cut away
- One solvey topping
- 75/11 with 40 wt Isacord
- TI/TO "only when neccessary"
- TO set to 2pt.
AOS Settings (for pique):
- MT=6
-Column Feed=61
-Fill Feed=110
-Speed=700-900
If I have the thread colour in 60wt, I use it with a 65/9 and
decrease the density to around 3.5-4.0. It looks better.
In this case I don't :-( .
