We've never had luck with software generated very small letters, we just
digitize them from scratch.
Don't forget to shorten the stitch on the underlay, it's very important. And
we use edge walk (yeah, I know no one believes me, but it works)
Our customers can tell you, we are the only ones they've found that can do
CRISP small letters.
