Hi Sally,
When you are in my documents just press the alt key to go to the menu bar
then arrow down the file to new sub menu press enter and you will land on
folder, press enter name your folder and hit enter again.

Before I did the JAWS update, I could creat new folders by pressing alt
plus 5. Is there currently another shortcut? Actually, I seem to have
forgotten how to create new folders. Any help out there?
