I have had a similar problem with Firefox on my XP machine. I have had to go
between Firefox and Internet Explorer to get some things done. Sorry I don't
have a fix for you.
My guess is that the up to date Firefox is not totally compatible with the
older screen readers we are using.

I Have the latest version of Firefox, because I am still running XP on this
computer. I somehow changed a setting that was labeled "full screen" and now I
can't get Jaws to read any of the menus, file, edit, view, tools, etc. When I
press the alt key nothing shows up. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in
