Yes, Derek, but a good, efficient braille producer can still get at 90% of PDF files, even if they have to print and scan them. And what 99.99% of people still do not realise is that a PDF is not actually a "File Type" such as you would get from Word, Lotus Notes, Wordstar or whatever. It is a file "FORMAT". A PDF file could have been a Word 2003 file 3 seconds before it became a PDF. And that same Word file is still a Word file AFTER the PDF was made. We fight this battle every day of the week in our braille production company, and believe it or not, we win 90% of the time, and get a NON PDF file.
