If you don't mind me joining in here Billy, I'd say leave it alone too. Just to add to that, if you did decide to use an ethernet modem in the future you might find your system speeds up a bit because, as I understand it, no load is imposed on the CPU as I think is usually the case with USB modems.

It's not going to do any harm, and it really doesn't take up

hi guys, hope someone can help me with this annoying
adaptor problem.
As I'm not using ethernet adaptor for my internet
connection.
I'm wanting to remove it from my system. When I try to
remove
it using add/remove, it goes, but when I reboot the fast
adaptor is back. How can I get rid of it for good?.
