What amazes me is how fools and their money are so easily departed by
sending money and or bank account numbers to these fraudsters. Its not all
elderly folk either. A young man in England, bringing up two children on
his own, was ripped off to the tune of ?16,000. I think it was the old
telemarketing trick of informing the guy that he had won a ton of money, but
the government of Holland required the taxes before they would release his
winnings. He sent the money. Pout. Guess he was desperate.

It's called 419 fraud because that's the chapter of the Nigerian legal =
code
it contravenes.
Now the Nigerian Police are taking a more aggressive attitude to the =
offence
the fraudsters are moving the goal posts and originating the fraud from
other countries, they are the same groups, usually families and normally
from West Africa.
What I want to know is how do fools and their money get together in the
first place? =20
