It's called 419 fraud because that's the chapter of the Nigerian legal =
code
it contravenes.
Now the Nigerian Police are taking a more aggressive attitude to the =
offence
the fraudsters are moving the goal posts and originating the fraud from
other countries, they are the same groups, usually families and normally
from West Africa.
What I want to know is how do fools and their money get together in the
first place?  =20
