I have never seen a CAPTCHA as part of an installer before. If they think that they are protecting users from remote attackers who may use the package to remove or disabling anti-virus then they are rather ignorant of the real world, those types have other ways already established to cripple an anti-virus that do not require this tool. Indeed any really successful attemt to compromise a system would leave the end use unaware of a problem. Regards.
