[access-uk] more Symantec

hi guys, After much thought, I decided to uninstall any Norton /Symantec products on my laptop.
There was Norton Internet Security, but when I tried to remove it, the following error appeared. 
The system cannot find the path specified.
I'm wondering if this could be my problem?,
