If you have a free licence for System Access you can install it easily. I
haven't used Narrator on Windows 7 but even if it has improved System Access
should be better and wouldn't leave you struggling to do tasks. Do the
following, you may want to use Narrator to keep you on track:
1. Load up your PC, once fully loaded go to the Run dialogue by pressing
Windows+R
2. Type www.satogo.com and press enter
3. Follow the prompts to run System Access to go
4. Log into your account using the dialogue which is displayed and you should
be in your System Access account which should be familiar
5. Go to Manage Machines and install it onto your computer.

Finally, Having Narrator running is a good idea, even more so if you use a
firewall that keeps an eye on out going connections.

Hope this helps
