Hi Barry, I think you mean Windows-B, not Insert-B. Windows-B will take you to the system tray from wherever you are in Windows. As a side note, in Vista, Windows-G will also take you to the Vista Side Bar. The location of it is at the bottom right hand corner of the taskbar with start etc on it. The system tray is located just to the left of the clock and has icons on it.
