  Guide is not really a screen reader, it's more of a specialised all in one 
talking/low vision environment.  It is designed to be easy to use for a 
computer novice and uses simple selection menus in operation.  For this 
simplicity in operation it looses flexability that most Windows users cherish, 
therefore most screen reader users are probably beyond it's scope already.
