Hi Shane. Well if you call having to send your PC to SE twice and on the
second time them having it for a month as happened with your vista PC.
Then 50 per sent of the voice's still not working, working.
then your right it does.
However I don't call that working frankly.

Now now Scott, don't exaggerate. Guide works quite well with Vista provided
that it is configured correctly and this means sending your computer off to
Software Express. Once configured however, you really wouldn't notice the
difference between using it with XP or Vista, and remote access works ok.

The Daniel voice doesn't work with vista.
The remote support is a nightmare with vista.
There's other probs with it to but I'd be hear all day mate.
Stick to XP with it.
