Fran,
If your using outlook expressor windos message , go into view menu, right
cursor on current menu, cursor down to group messages by conversation and
uncheck the box, that should solve your problem.

As I'm reading emails I am getting the message collapsed it does not seem to
be affecting the emails they are reading ok just a bit annoying.
