Yes, I knew about that one and I put it in. I'm sure I'll get it sorted. As I said I get incoming mail but I don't know if I can send any.

Hi Jim,
I'm with Pipex too. In Outlook Express, where it says account name, did you put your e-mail address with a per cent sign instead of the at sign. That's the way Pipex do it. Hope this sorts the problem.
