[access-uk] e mail and internet accounts

Hi List,
I have been usingOE and IE successfully on my laptop. I am running jfw 8
witt all update ms software. My provider is pipex.
I have moved over to my pc but although I think I have entered all the
correct info, when I launch OE i get prompted for my user name and password.
Don't know where I'm going wrong. I can access the internet via google with
no problem.
Help plese.
