Hi Tris and list, I had another look at my account details and re-entered my password.I got some incoming mail but still got the error reports and I have pasted below what the error message said

Try giving it your email username and password when prompted, tab around for a checkbox that might allow you to remember this detail next time and let it go get your mail for the first time on that machine. You should find subsequently you are not prompted for this detail again after that. Regards.
