Hi again folks, OK, here's the fix for this, and you can have the latest version. None of this messing about with old versions. I wondered why mine worked and you all had problems, so here goes, and this is a good tip to follow every time you do an upgrade. You only need do this once. 1. Install the new version, do not overwrite it with old versions, as this defeats the point. 2. Reboot. 3. Open DigiTV. 4. Go into Settings. 5. Go down to EPG. 6. Tab to the Clear Cache button and hit it. 7. Tab to the Download EPG button and hit it. 8. Wait for it to download. If you don't get auto progress, read the screen and wait for it to say Done at the bottom. 9. Hit OK on Settings. 10. Go into seven-day guide and check your EPG. The upgrade to 37.0.12 is only the core .exe file. So all you are doing is to install it, then overwrite it again. I am still trying to investigate why the latest version isn't working, rather than doing it this way. If I find anything, I'll let you know. It still seems a bit counter-intuitive to install an upgrade and then to install a previous version over the top of it, but it certainly worked for me. Great stuff! Steve Green
