[access-uk] Re: digiTV EPG sorted thanks to Ann

Has anyone tried putting a DVD into their machine with Digi-TV 3.12
installed? Did Digi-TV crash? It's a known bug of 3.12.

Hi Steve, would I be exempt from VAT if I bought a DigiTV device from you?

Hi Brian

the upgrade version is the 3.7.12 that you already have. When this is
substituted for the digiTV-HD.exe in your program files/nebula/digiTV folder
you only need to reboot to install the upgrade.

Then you need to substitute it with the digiTV-HD.exe from version 3.7.05.
This was the step that Ann helped me with, as she had that file and sent it
to me.

If you would like me to attach the file and send it to you off list in an
email, I'd be delighted to do so. It's only 1 Mb.

Just reboot for a second time and everything is back to normal.

Many thanks to Ann Hamilton for reporting the workaround to get the digiTV
EPG working again. It still seems a bit counter-intuitive to install an
upgrade and then to install a previous version over the top of it, but it
certainly worked for me.

Great stuff!
