Hi John

I keep getting the very same on Vista too. I updated to the latest version of AVG Free last week, and this annoying notification has come up since. When I press the enter key twice, it does indeed land me on a web page, which seems to be offering AVG 8.0, which isn't free. Generally, I've found that exiting from this takes me back to the AVG notification again, which prompts me to press the enter key twice once more.

Next time it happens, I'll try to take more note of how I close the bugger, and let you know. (smile.)

Jackie
