George,I have purchased the new BT wireless router hub. Don't know too much
about this hub, but I will still need a PCI card.
The ethernet cable is much thicker than the bt extension cable me thinks.

Billy,
You don't technically need to move the router, but rather
extend it the Network cable connecting your PC to it.
Ideally a wireless router would potentially solve your
problem.
George.

George, its a computer. I have purchased the new BT hub
router, and now want
to move my equipment to another room, that doesn't have a
telephone point.

Hi Billy,
What exactly is it you want to connect?
If it's a telephone, why not go for a good cordless,
digital
one.
If it's a PC, a good wireless router would eliminate
wiring.
Unless of course you are living in a lead walled house!!

George.

George, that is another reason, why not to pay £132 to BT.
