Err, yes, if you want a full version of XP (SP2).

What Yusef is referring to is a special SP2 Upgrade disk
which Microsoft themselves were supplying for under £10.

You could order an XP SP2 disk from Amazon for about £150 I
think. EBay
may sell them as well.
