Mike, I'll check with the Vodafone press office as there are a number of
issues which have come up on this list. And I had an interesting
experience myself trying to get the facility set up. It really does
appear to depend entirely on who you speak to and how much time and
attention they're inclined to give to your enquiry. I'd be interested
to hear either privately or on list from users with other providers
about experiences with them.

Cheers now.

Ian

Hi listers,

I phoned Vodafone today and was told that the 195 facility is now
charged at
15p per minute. Interesting? I wonder if there is any written evidence
from
Ofcom about this?

All thoughts welcome,

Cheers,

Mike
