Yeah, I have a chip and pin card myself, and it's brilliant! I'm able to type in the pin no problems, yet I'm totally blind with some light perception.

Hi Steve You ask "Why is PDF not accessible? Or should I say in what way?"If someone is not aware how to access a file, (or for that matter even a website) then as far as the person is concerned he/she is havingan *access* problem! You may well argue that not having the knowledge, doesn't mean there is an access problem. True, but one needs to consider access from theindividual's point of view.Just consider chip and PIN as a good example. There are people that will say they are not able to use chip and PIN on the grounds not able to see the keys. But there are also many totally blind that will say they care able to use the key pads without sight. So what does this show us? Why is access different for different people?Regards, Derek ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:-** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
