Try 1-9999.  You'll get a warning that there are not as many pages, so
just accept.

Hi Jackie,

You see the problem is that I don't know as of now what number the
last
(Braille) page is going to be.

I will be brailling from page 5 onwards to finish!

I imagine I type in say 4- but what would follow the dash or could I
type in
say for argument's sake '"all"?
