Thanks, Derek

I already do this automatically and I also ask if there have been any substitutes. It wasn't that the ordered goods didn't arrive, it's that the goods I thought I had selected on site didn't go into my trolley. This has been explained by Audrey.

Hi Barry,
If something has been left out of your order, and you haven't been
charged for the missing item, it's obvious it wasn't in stock at the time
the pickers were doing your order.
Tip: ask the driver each time: "have you brought everything I asked for?"
Driver knows because they have the list of what you did order, and what
they're delivering.
Regards,
Derek
