Hi Yes, this usage limit business is a pain. As you can see, I'm with plus.net and not on the cheapest deal and still restricted to a 20 Gig limit, which I'd exceeded a couple of times. But I'd argue, at least I know where the boundaries are as nany ISP's have a fare usage policy but it's difficult to establish in numeric terms what fare is, as a number of Gigabytes. I understand that Bulldog announced last week in a BBC report that they'd not be limiting their users.
