Hi carol strange this Last saturday I played an important chess game and I used the braille sense mini to write my moves down. so, as the room was so quiet I started putting down the game score of course the speech was turned off. I actually thought I was using computer braille so then it is faster just to type say d4 nf6 2 nf3 g6 3 c4 bg7 4 nc3 00 so, after the game which I managed to win everything came out double dutch so to speak on the sense as I was using grade 2.
fortunatly I kept the game in my head and had to type it all out again.of course before I started play I should have pressed space g to go to computer braille.
the big thing is it's a good job I did not have to print the game score otherwise I could have lost the game or should I say been defaulted as my game score was wrong.
so Leeds beat Hull on Saturday and all was well in the end.I must say I am loving the sense mini and to have a braille read out is everything for me.
